Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, Lister Park, c.1967

Nazir’s wife, Najam Un Nisa, forced Nazir to stop smoking cigarettes as he would keep her awake at night from coughing , she withheld the 5 shillings he needed to buy them until he stopped altogether.
