Viktors Busevics, Latvian Club, 1987

Viktors Busevics’ retirement party at the Latvian Club.

Viktors originally trained in technical drawing but was forced to leave his profession when World War Two broke out. Following the war he worked in weaving mills, but as a Latvian, he found it hard to progress in Bradford’s mills. Viktors was the Chair of the Latvian Club for many years, and many friends and family joined in his retirement celebrations.
