Gunars Tamsons, Valteris Berzins, Janis Lusis, Hall Ings, 1993

Valteris Berzins presents one of his paintings to the chairman of the Latvian club (Gunars) and a Latvian ambassador to Britain (Janis) on 16 November 1993. The painting was likely a commission, in celebration of the Latvian state’s 75th year of independence.
