Eduards and Laima Grinbergs with family, Bradford, 1991

Laima and Eduards Grinbergs (in the middle of the image) celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary. The event was a surprise party, and Eduards had been very curious as to why all the family were preparing a buffet – comprised of different cuisines including Latvian and English food.

The Grinbergs name translates to Green Hills – it was given to them by the Germans.
